I got to know Lucas through Brandon, and Lucas did a truly commendable job of walking us through the properties, guiding us step by step, and recommending reliable bankers, as well as arranging for the lawyer, without me having to worry about a single thing.
What I appreciate most about him is that, even while he was busy, he still took the time and effort to check in and make sure I felt supported, comfortable, and understood the procedure during the SPA signing.
He is definitely a role model for how a property agent should be. He did an awesome job, and hats off to him!
Just a little feedback: the showroom for ARRA was a bit overcrowded and not conducive enough, but otherwise, everything else was great!

I first saw Aaron’s video on Instagram about ARRA Residence, and it immediately caught my interest. When we met him, he briefed us on the area and upcoming developments, which made me more confident about considering the property. He was also very helpful and provided clear guidance on what steps to take next, and even offered to continue guiding us all the way until we receive the condo keys.
During our visit to the showroom, I was impressed that Aaron was not pushy at all. Instead, he guided us warmly and took the time to explain the entire township in detail.
He also accompanied me during the SPA signing process, which gave me a strong sense of confidence and peace of mind throughout.

We connected with Aaron without any high expectations. Just scrolling around and happened to come across this video on Amaya. When we visited the showroom, the visit was not about just viewing the showroom and understanding the property but what really impressed us was the whole township. We liked its concept. But what really impressed us was how dedicated Aaron was as a consultant. He was patient, not pushy and really took the time to explain. We have met many times and he was even willing to meet after office hours. He is also very knowledgeable about the market as he is passionate in what he does.
